The adult Master Method Karate martial arts program is designed especially for teens and adults, using techniques and practices specific to our more mature students. Our adult martial arts students have the distinct advantage of a program based on the knowledge and experience of Grandmaster and 7-time World Champion, Master Marco Sies. This program is based on nearly 30 years of experience training and developing award-winning teaching strategies, as well as lessons from his book, the Master Method-4 steps to success, prosperity and inner peace.
This program is exceptional not only because of the physical conditioning and self-defense training our students receive, but even more importantly because of the conditioning of their minds for success, and achieving a balanced, peaceful life.

Short On Time? Try X-KB!In addition to our premium kickboxing classes, students have unlimited access to our exclusive X-PRESS KICKBOXING (X-KB) classes. These turbo-charged workouts were designed for students who only have half an hour to spare, but don’t want to sacrifice their workout. This thirty-minute turbo experience will be shorter in time, but NOT in energy or sweat!

How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
